Returns and Refund & Replacement Policy

All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return/replacement period. Promotion may or may not follow this policy. The replacement period after delivery is applicable if the product received is defective or damaged or not as described. If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request through our hotline number, website, and social media platforms within the applicable Returns Policy period. For all electronics appliance Categories, if any manufacturing defeats then you can replace them within 3 days from the date of product received. After 3 days if you have any issues you can refer to our service warranty as mentioned on the product page. Refund Payment will be done only in 2 cases.

1. If the customer cancels the order.

2. If  360solutions.com.bd is not able to fulfill the order in the rare event of the replacement being defective/damaged or not as described on the product page, a full refund will be provided by the seller once they receive the product. For products where installation is provided by 360solutions.com.bd.

3. After purchasing a software/software license, return or refund won’t be applicable

4. With specific reasoning’s, product(s) will be allowed to be returned and refunded back to you within 3 to 10 working days and in the case of online purchase, the procedure may take longer to execute.

5. Refund charge applicable for Bkash / Online / POS payment refund.

6. f customers found broken or packet damaged product then we are requesting not to receive the product from courier service. If the customer receives courier damaged product then he/she have to take his/her own liability and any kind of complaint won’t be acceptable.

Please do not open the product packaging by yourself. 360solutions.com.bd authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.

The return period for such products commences from the date of installation. If you are facing any issues with a product purchased on a2arena.com.bd, we shall help by verifying and trying to resolve your product issue as part of the return verification process. The Issue resolution steps may be shared with you as self-help, or with assistance over the call or an 360solutions.com.bd  (or partner) personnel may visit your place. 360solutions.com.bd will arrange a replacement if the issue has not been resolved. Issue resolution steps will be available for products like mobiles, tablets, laptops, large appliances, electronics, home appliances, furniture, etc. In case the product is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, the refund for the entire product or part(s) of the product will be provided by 360solutions.com.bd.
